It’s finally here… Today is Election Day, and Brevard County voters who haven’t already done so in early voting, will head to the polls today to cast ballots for national, state, and local offices, with polls open from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. The ballot is four pages long, covering races from the presidency to local mayoral positions, and six statewide constitutional amendments, along with a series of local measures, so plan on taking some time to get it right. Voters must go to their assigned precinct, bring valid ID, and it is probably best to plan ahead by reviewing a sample ballot. Polls are expected to be busiest in the early morning, midday, and evening, so planning around peak times may help minimize your wait time.
