Florida State Senator Randy Fine has announced his candidacy for the Daytona Beach-area congressional seat vacated by Rep. Michael Waltz. Fine, who received an endorsement from former President Donald Trump, will resign from the Florida Senate effective March 31 to focus on his campaign.
