Brevard County authorities are searching for 32-year-old Tyisha Osby in connection with an animal cruelty case involving a dog fight. Deputies responded to a call on November 11, where Osby, the guardian of the dogs, allegedly instructed her children to intervene during the fight. Following multiple failed attempts to contact Osby, deputies arrested two individuals, Camilla Perry and Charlie Williams, on charges of animal cruelty.
