Palm Bay police say an attempted car burglary turned into a shootout . It happened early last Friday morning… around 1am… on Titan Road and Dagget Avenue. A homeowner confronted the suspects after seeing them attempt to break into a truck. One of the suspects, identified as 26-year-old Javone Williams, fired at the homeowner, who returned fire. Williams was injured and later arrested after being treated at the hospital. Police say Williams has a history of firearm-related charges. A judge has revoked his bond. No one else has been arrested, and the homeowner was not injured.
