SpaceX is ending 2024 with a record-breaking 93 launches from here on the Space Coast. The final launch of the year lifted off just after midnight this morning… New Year’s Eve. The Falcon 9 rocket carried 21 more Starlink satellites into low-Earth orbit, smashing last year’s record of 72 launches by 29%. SpaceX’s successful year included 134 launches across the U.S., with zero failures. Officials anticipate even greater growth in 2025. The next launch.. the first of the new year… is set for early Thursday morning from Cape Canaveral Space Force Station. The window opens at midnight and closes Thursday at 1:53am.
