Brevard County hopes to attract space-related jobs as part of Florida’s push to relocate NASA’s headquarters to the state. The Palm Bay city council is set to vote on a resolution supporting Brevard County as a permanent home for NASA and other space agencies. With local lawmakers backing the initiative, the hope is to successfully compete with other states and bring high-paying jobs to the area. Palm Bay has already identified 462 acres of federal property on Minton Road for potential development.
