Vandals have defaced a gravestone at Hilltop Cemetery in Cocoa, a historic Black burial site dating back to the Civil War. The graffiti was actually first discovered back on January 5, and while the city works to clean it up, officials are struggling to contact the deceased’s descendants for permission.
