A newly released report reveals Brandon Kapas may have been abused by Father Bob Hoeffner, the priest he killed before going on a rampage. Investigators found notes detailing abuse in Hoeffner’s office, and Kapas reportedly texted him the night before the attack. The Diocese of Orlando has yet to comment on the findings.
