A Kissimmee man is facing charges of lewd or lascivious battery after an alleged incident involving a 14-year-old girl at Periwinkle Park in Sebastian. 21 year old Michael Ayala was arrested after police discovered the two in a suspicious vehicle. The girl, who initially claimed to be 17, later admitted to being 14. Ayala, who met the teen on a dating app, is being held in jail on a $100,000 bond. The Florida Department of Children and Families has taken custody of the minor.
