Titusville Police are investigating the disappearance of 72-year-old Jesse Kirk, who has been reported missing under suspicious circumstances. Kirk was last seen before her usual morning walk. Police arrested 35-year-old David Barber, an estranged boyfriend of a relative, for loitering near her condo. Barber, who had recent burns on his body, was found in the area after Kirk’s burned vehicle was discovered in Orange County. Authorities are working to determine if there’s a connection between the two.
