Brevard County deputies made an unexpected discovery when they arrested a man for illegally dumping yard waste along Sykes Creek. While inspecting 46 year old Daniel Dinovi’s car, officers found a large Boa Constrictor snake in the front seat. Dinovi was charged for dumping raw human waste weighing over 500 pounds. He is currently free on bond. Animal services took custody of the snake. Meanwhile, the investigation into the illegal dumping is ongoing.
