Two men have been charged with aggravated animal cruelty and unlawful confinement after allegedly abandoning their dog, Rosie, in a Brevard County apartment without food, water, or power, leading to her death. The emaciated dog was discovered by a property manager in February, suffering from severe infections. Despite rescue efforts, Rosie did not survive. Fredrick and Christopher Tindall are currently in Georgia awaiting extradition to Brevard County. Sheriff Wayne Ivey condemned the abuse, vowing to seek maximum penalties.
