A 39-year-old man has been charged with second-degree murder after a confrontation outside Summerset Apartments in Melbourne Monday morning. Police say 58 year old Ricardo Rodriguez shot Dylan Marlow in self-defense, but Marlow then took Rodriguez’s gun and fatally shot him. Marlow also faces burglary and petit theft charges. Authorities say the men did not know each other prior to the incident.
