A man was arrested in Palm Bay after running a red light and causing a crash. Police say 23-year-old Mirandio Hamilton tried to flee, but was quickly apprehended. During his arrest, Hamilton admitted to being high on THC from a vape pen. He faces charges of DUI and leaving the scene of an accident with property damage.
