A Titusville man was arrested in Cocoa Beach for indecent exposure at Alan Shepard Park. 32 year old Tevin Allen allegedly exposed himself and made lewd comments to a woman on the park’s boardwalk. After the woman’s boyfriend arrived, Allen fled in a black SUV. He was later arrested by Cocoa Beach Police.
