Two Brevard County men are now facing indecent exposure charges following separate incidents of lewd behavior in Cocoa Beach. 33 year old Tevin Allen, of Titusville, was arrested Wednesday for an incident at Alan Shepard Park that took place back on March 2. 48 year old Christopher Persen of Rockledge is now facing charges as a result of an incident that took place back on January 29 at Lori Wilson Park.
