Titusville’s Scobie Park is set for a major environmental restoration, thanks to a $10 million grant from NOAA. The park, plagued by pollution and erosion, will see shoreline stabilization, native plantings, and improved water filtration. Officials are hopeful for visible progress by later this month or early May. It’s seen as part of a larger effort to revitalize the Indian River Lagoon and improve water quality across Brevard County.
