Here in Florida, it’s a safe bet that any body of fresh water most likely could also contain an alligator or two… or more! Gator mating season is now underway, and folks are reminded to be alert. Alligators become more active and aggressive this time of year—especially near water at dawn, dusk, or during the night. Everybody is urged not to feed gators and to report a gator that poses a threat.
