The 13th annual East Coast Dog Surfing Festival takes place at Lori Wilson Park in Cocoa Beach this Easter Sunday. Hosted by the Brevard Humane Society, the event features dogs riding waves, costume contests, a Doggy Easter Outfit contest, and live music, all while raising funds for homeless animals.
