A Brevard County woman is continuing down the long road of recovery after being set on fire while napping in her Merritt Island home. Deputies say her boyfriend, William Clements Jr., poured gasoline around the house and lit it—burning nearly 60% of her body. He’s charged with attempted murder, arson, and animal cruelty. The woman escaped through a window with help from a neighbor.
