A 63 year old Melbourne man is now a millionaire after hitting big on a $20 scratch-off ticket. Douglas Marbry bought the winning Gold Rush Legacy ticket at a Circle K on N. Wickham Road. He chose a lump-sum payout of $640,000, saying the win came at just the right time.
