An 81-year-old Ocala woman, Ada Anderson, was arrested after police say she was pepper-spraying her neighbors and shouting racial slurs. The victims included 3-year-old and 6-year-old girls, and they say the whole thing sparked over children playing with bubbles. She faces a string of charges and was released on bond. The victims’ family is seeking a restraining order.
