A water heater explosion sparked a fire at El Mojito, a Cuban and Latin restaurant in Melbourne. The blaze started in a utility closet housing the water heaters. Thanks to a quick 911 call and fast action by first responders, the fire was contained to that area. No injuries were reported, despite people being inside the two-story building that also houses other small businesses.
