Brevard County deputies are investigating a suspected murder-suicide after an elderly couple was found dead from gunshot wounds at a home on Bayshore Drive in an unincorporated beachside community in Southern Brevard, south of the Aquarina Tennis Club and just west of State Road A1A. Authorities say the man, believed to be in his late 80s or early 90s, likely shot his wife before turning the gun on himself. Both had prior medical issues. The couple’s identities have not been released.
