A Sanford Police Officer was arrested Tuesday on 79 counts of official misconduct and one count of organized fraud. Investigators say Ronny Neal created fake off-duty work details from October 2023 to July 2024, billing the city for hours he didn’t work. The investigation is ongoing and more charges could be coming.
