A 42 year old Palm Bay man has been sentenced to life in prison for the 2019 shooting death of his former roommate. Larry Bell Jr. was convicted of second-degree murder with a firearm in the death of 61 year old Bobby Knight Jr. Prosecutors used cell phone records and surveillance video to link Bell to the crime. Bell had been a guest of the Brevard County Jail for about the past five years as he waited for his final sentencing.
