Brevard County Sheriff Wayne Ivey announced the arrest of 55 year old Freddie Underwood on felony animal cruelty and unlawful discharge of a firearm charges. The arrest follows an incident where a cat was apparently shot after coming into contact with Underwood’s car. The cat survived, but Underwood is being held without bond and is scheduled for a court appearance today.
