19 year old Brandon Foreman of Melbourne was arrested after Palm Bay Police say he kissed and fondled a juvenile student in the band room at Southwest Middle School. Foreman faces 10 counts of lewd and lascivious molestation of a 12 to 16 year old and one count of offenses against students by an authority figure.
