A Brevard County corrections deputy has been arrested and fired after being accused of smuggling Suboxone, methamphetamine, and drug paraphernalia into the county jail. Authorities say 23 year old Chloe Deaton delivered a package to an inmate on January 18th and was confronted last Saturday while meeting a source with additional contraband. Deaton faces multiple charges including introduction of contraband, possession of controlled substances, and sale of a controlled substance. Her bond was set at $10,500.
