A Brevard County man is facing charges after allegedly stealing a woman’s car with her 1-year-old in the back seat. Surveillance video shows 53 year old William Mullis of Cocoa driving off from a Sunoco gas station before noticing the child and returning the vehicle, apologizing to the mother. Mullis was arrested and booked for grand theft of a motor vehicle and kidnapping or confinement of a child under 13.
