Kevin Berrios was arrested Sunday, just 20 minutes after being released from the Brevard County jail, for allegedly throwing rocks at Brevard County sheriff’s patrol cars. Sheriff Wayne Ivey said the attacks caused about $3,700 in damage. Surveillance footage reportedly shows Berrios leaving the jail, picking up objects, and hurling them at two patrol vehicles before deputies took him right back into custody.
