41 year old Brian Bajana was convicted after pulling a gun on Taco Bell employees in Satellite Beach who asked him to hurry his order. He pleaded no contest to aggravated assault with a firearm and multiple felony gun charges. Bajana is being held at the Brevard County Jail pending transfer to state prison and faces decades behind bars.
