A Brevard grand jury has indicted 23-year-old Tyjah John Bellinger on a first-degree murder charge. He is accused of fatally shooting 28-year-old Lendzi Lakeman of Port St. John after an argument over Christmas gifts for his daughter. Investigators say Bellinger fired 12 rounds from a pistol, and then claimed that the shooting was accidental. He remains held without bond at the Brevard County Jail.
