A Brevard County mother is back in jail after her toddler nearly drowned during an unsupervised visit at her home. Laura Forczyk was arrested last Friday on a new charge of aggravated child abuse after her 16 month old child was found struggling to breathe following a pool incident and was airlifted to Arnold Palmer Hospital. The arrest comes five months after Forczyk faced multiple felony child abuse charges tied to alleged deplorable living conditions. Court records show a judge allowed unsupervised contact despite the pending case. The investigation continues.
