Sebastian Police arrested an 18-year-old man who they say shot his brother all over an argument about a PlayStation game. It happened at Pelican Isles Apartments. 18-year-old Jaylnn Joseph was taken into custody. Sebastian Police recovered a weapon believed to have been used in the shooting. Joseph now faces charges including attempted murder, unlawful firearm possession, grand theft of a firearm, and possession of a weapon by a convicted felon. As for his brother… at last report he remains hospitalized and is in critical but stable condition.
