A powerful Arctic cold front has moved into Central Florida, bringing wind chills into the 20s and daytime highs only in the 40s and 50s. Freeze warnings are in effect for Volusia, Lake, Marion, and Sumter counties through 9 this morning, while cold weather advisories cover much of the region. Forecasters warn that Saturday and Sunday, even here in Brevard County, we could see temperatures drop into the upper 20’s and low 30’s overnight.
