Venezuelans here in Central Florida are expressing hope and relief after the capture of Nicolas Maduro, who pleaded not guilty in U.S. federal court Monday. They say they see an opportunity for change in their homeland, and they welcomed U.S. involvement. They also are voicing skepticism about Maduro’s acting replacement, Delcy Rodriguez.
