Cocoa Beach police arrested 19 year old Jason Penn and 47 year old Marty Hannum after a traffic stop revealed meth, cocaine, and cannabis. A subsequent motel search linked to Penn uncovered additional meth, cocaine, and fentanyl. Both men face charges of drug trafficking and possession and are being held in the Brevard County Jail.
