Brevard County Deputies arrested David Harvey after finding him at a construction site with a .22 caliber rifle, methamphetamine, and drug paraphernalia. Harvey, a convicted felon, now faces charges including armed trespassing, possession of a firearm by a felon, and possession of controlled substances. He is being held without bond.
