The death of 18 year old Anna Kepner of Titusville aboard the Carnival Horizon cruise ship on November 6 has been officially ruled a homicide. The death certificate lists the cause as “mechanical asphyxia by other person(s).” No charges have been filed, and authorities have not released additional details.
