Desantis Orders Flags At Half-staff In Honor Of Charlie Kirk

Governor Ron DeSantis directed all flags across Florida to be flown at half-staff until September 14 to honor Charlie Kirk, the conservative activist and media personality who was fatally shot on Wednesday. The proclamation follows federal orders issued by President Donald Trump. In his statement, DeSantis ordered that flags at all state and local buildings, installations, and grounds will remain at half-staff through Sunday in Kirk’s memory.
