Buyers can add a custom-built home for $7 million, or pay $8 million for the home plus a new dragon statue to replace the original 65-foot sea-green dragon, Annie, that collapsed in a 2002 storm. The 0.86-acre peninsula offers a quarter-mile of waterfront.
