A 20-month-old girl drowned early Saturday in a Kissimmee hot tub while in the care of her father, 33 year old Reynard Hough. Deputies say Hough fell asleep holding the child. Hough was arrested for child neglect with great bodily harm, and aggravated manslaughter of a child charges were added Sunday. The case remains under investigation.
