A new Florida bill filed last week would let qualified patients 21 and older grow up to six flowering cannabis plants at home for personal use.The proposal also allows patients to buy seeds from licensed medical marijuana treatment centers and requires plants to be secured from unauthorized access. If approved, the law would take effect July 1, 2026.
