A 44 year old Volusia County man was arrested in New Smyrna Beach after allegedly waving a gun at another driver during a road rage incident. The victim, who was followed and threatened, led the suspect to the police station while on a 911 call. Deputies recovered a pistol from the suspect’s car and charged 44 year old Shawn Eissler with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and DUI.
