Key West police arrested 57 year old Jonathan Winslow after he allegedly stole a Conch Tour Train on July 4, his birthday, and took a meth-fueled joyride around downtown. Winslow even picked up two passengers during the ride. He claimed he “borrowed” the trolley because he used to work for the company. Police found a meth pipe on him during booking. Winslow faces charges of burglary, grand theft auto, and possession of drug paraphernalia and is now being held on $60,000 bond.
