A Gainesville man is behind bars in Marion County after a bizarre break-in. 24-year-old Marcus Roper is accused of driving to a woman’s home, parking about half a mile away, and stripping naked before entering the house. Deputies say Roper had a backpack containing meth, Vaseline, and adult toys when he was arrested. He told authorities he had broken into the wrong home while searching for someone else.
