Human remains have been discovered in Palm Bay during a missing person investigation. Police say detectives and SWAT served a warrant at a Turk Road home, where 51 year old George Mancilla was arrested on unrelated charges. Investigators later found unidentified human remains in a wooded area, and the medical examiner is working to determine identity and cause of death.
