Palm Bay police now say those human remains that were found in a wooded area are believed to be connected to a missing person not seen in nearly a year. Detectives followed leads to two locations, including a home on Turk Road where 51 year old George Mancilla was taken into custody on unrelated charges. Positive identification of the remains is pending as investigators wait for confirmation from the Medical Examiner’s Office.
