Interstate 95 in Oak Hill reopened Wednesday around noon after a fire broke out at the scene of an early morning crash. The crash happened around 4:30am yesterday, when a tractor-trailer veered into the center lane, sideswiping a van and sending both vehicles into the median. The big rig spilled plastic pipes across the highway. Then, while crews were repairing guardrails just after 10am, a fire erupted, briefly shutting down the interstate again.
